Abstract

The information about the product structure as well as structural components such as pipe fittings is laid in design, manufacture and repair of a transport pipeline system. It considers primarily the properties of the pipe fittings, such as the capacity to ensure the efficiency of the entire transport pipeline system with high reliability and durability. In addition, it determines design of pipe fittings taking into account its external and internal structure; moreover, the structure of the outer pipe fittings depends on performance of the transport pipeline system as a whole, and the internal structure is responsible for the design, ergonomic and economic performance of pipe fittings. In general, the performance of pipe fittings is determined by the required strength of its structure, which is designed for testing and operating pressure of the pumped energy source. Thus, the load forced on the structural elements of the transport pipeline system is caused by the irregularity of the working process, external influences on the pipeline, the aging of structural materials, etc. Particular attention in this case is paid to the issues of technological heritage based on the analysis, and on the basis of them we can determine the causes of the deviation of the output parameters of pipe fittings. In addition, the phenomenon of technological heredity can be manifested in the form of dependency of the external and internal structure, the stress condition of the surface layer of the base material of pipe fittings, as well as the total number of loading cycles of transport pipeline systems products.
Key words: transport pipeline systems, pipe fittings, technological heredity, reliability, durability, operability.
