CONSUMPTION OF RENEWABLE SOURCES OF ENERGY IN UKRAINE: LEGISLATIVE, ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMICAL ASPECTS
Abstract
Development of use of renewable energy resources requires active participation of the state in creation of a legal, organizational and economic framework of functioning of renewable power. Within the research legislative activity of the state in the organization of development and functioning of renewable power and use of renewable energy resources in Ukraine both at the level of the state, and on international is analysed. The mechanism of forming of a "green" tariff, subjects of its use, a sales term of the electrical energy made from renewable sources, a way of stimulation of use of the Ukrainian equipment is given.The ways of further, promoting the use of renewable energy sources and ensuring the profitability of energy derived from renewable sources.Keywords: renewables, renewable power, "green" tariff
