MANAGEMENT OF ORGANIZATIONAL CONFLICT, AS AN OPPORTUNITY FOR GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF STAFF AND ORGANIZATION
Abstract
Conflicts are present in any environment, organizational or not, as always, where there is coexistence of groups of people, inevitably there will be a difference of ideas, goals and other factors. Thus, it is interesting to know more about a subject that is still poorly understood in scientific work and organizations, although it is essential for quality control personnel. In this regard, it is important to review conflict management in organizations with the view that well-managed conflict can provide opportunities for growth and change. The purpose of the article is the understanding and analysis of conflicts and their types and approaches to identify their impact on the organization. This article reviewed the concept, types, factors that cause conflicts and ways to manage them and their impact on the organization.
