DEVELOPMENT OF MODERN TECHNOLOGIES IN THE REAL SECTOR OF THE ECONOMY ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE MANUFACTURING SECTOR: FOREIGN EXPERIENCE
Abstract
Issues related to the consideration of existing models of regulation of the sphere of innovations and technologies are considered on the example of the leading powers, in other words, the international experience of streamlining of information relations in the society, which will help to identify the essential features of the practical implementation of the information function of the state.
An important problem on the way to creating a national innovation system is the lack of an extensive network of financial support for scientific and technological development funds, sources of which, besides budget resources, could attract, on mutually beneficial terms, large business and relevant foreign funds, which would allow the use and development available scientific and technical potential
