TO DETERMINE THE FUNCTIONS OF SENSITIVITY OF THE PRESS-THREADED JOINT
Abstract
The problem of determining the sensitivity functions of the dynamic parameters of nodes in relation to the parameters of the state is investigated. The given algorithm of determination of frequencies and amplitudes of resonant oscillations with the subsequent numerical solution of diagnostic equations with respect to state parameters.
The coefficients that determine the matrix of the sensitivity of the connection are determined. The relative error of the parameters and the mean square deviation of the state parameters from the actual value are determined. The conclusion about the possibility and expediency of using the methodology in practice is made.
If at the tests of object it is possible to measure both the parameters of oscillation signal and power parameters of connections, the functions of sensitiveness can be determined exceptionally an experimental method.
The use of method of the forced vibrations is limited by exactness of raising of diagnosis about the state of connections as a result of subjective errors. The task of determination of the state of connections is very difficult every sub-group of connections needs development of individual methods of control and separate consideration. It is negatively represented at the test of high exactness equipment, for which the probed knots own a small sensitiveness relatively dynamic parameters to the change of power parameters. Application of automatic facilities allows substantially to promote stability of measuring of dynamic parameters of connections.
A method which targets at the estimation of the state of immobile contact connections is considered in materials of the article: efforts of onpressing ring on the axis of rotor inhaling of spiral connection. The autoswaying method of excitation of mechanical vibrations owns firmness in-process and selectivity, that by an automatic output on the permanent mode in the set frequency range. It provides enhanceable stability of results of measurings.
