LEVELS OF FORMATION OF INNOVATION BUILDINGS IN AN URBAN ENVIRONMENT TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE SYNERGETIC APPROACH
Abstract
The article deals with the formation of perspective trends of innovative buildings and structures in the urban environment. It was found that the predictability of the development of the urban environment should be carried out taking into account the spatial needs of life to the human environment. In view of the synergistic approach the levels of formation of innovative facilities in the urban environment identified. These levels should include the micro-level and macro-level. It was found that innovative building ekoministruktury will be created at the micro level. At the macro level will be created projects ekogiperstruktury buildings. It was found that the characteristics of large-scale objects define the main difference between the formation of innovative buildings. The requirements for the formation of the architectural environment of innovative buildings were identified.
