This article explores comprehensive issues related to the architectural formation of multifunctional business complexes and modern business centers, their typological characteristics, specific planning features, and spatial patterns in the structure of the urban environment. It clarifies the content of terms and concepts regarding the modern understanding of business buildings and complexes, office centers, and their role and place within the existing urban environment. Scientific methods and integrated approaches to the processes of architectural design of modern business spaces in the structure of large cities have been defined. The article also examines current trends in the architectural formation of business facilities. The development of innovative conceptual approaches to designing business facilities (office complexes, business centers, business districts, and hubs) is considered crucial, with a focus on creating a comfortable, ergonomic, and productive work environment. In this context, special attention should be given to the rational use of planning schemes, compliance with modern typological characteristics, the implementation of advanced engineering and technical solutions, and spatial components. Equally important is the application of innovative technologies that influence the creation of new architectural business structures. The article analyzes scientific and practical experience in shaping modern business buildings and complexes, which should not only ensure a high level of comfort and functionality but also promote the creation of innovative and dynamic environments conducive to active business interaction. It is emphasized that a holistic and integrated approach ensures that office spaces are not only practical but also transformational, supporting innovation, digital capacities, and media-based communication. In other words, the entire range of considerations in shaping business buildings and complexes should foster social interaction among visitors and clients and encourage the integration of urban residents. Thus, an integrated approach to the formation of multifunctional business buildings serves as an essential tool for their effective incorporation into the structure of the existing urban environment.
