This issue can be solved by recycling of excess active sludge and compositions based on it in biofuels after mechanical dewatering and drying. Choosing an effective way of drying and highly energy-efficient drying equipment inhibited by the absence or lack of information on the kinetics of the process of drying the excess active sludge and compositions based on it, in particular dependencies moisture and speed of drying by time of drying, critical and equilibrium moisture content, duration of the first and the second period of drying. In this work shows the study of the kinetics of drying excess active sludge and a drying compositions of active sludge with sawdust. It was built and analysed the drying curves.
