MEASURES OF IMPROVEMENT FINANCIAL SECURITY OF PUBLIC WATER ECONOMY
Abstract
The general problem of housing and communal services and the underlying causes of their occurrence. The main attention is paid to the issue of financial support for housing and communal services (HCS). Specifically examined sectoral peculiarities of financial resources in businesses and found that existing sources of funding are insufficient to ensure the proper functioning of the housing and communal services. To solve this problem have been proposed measures to reduce the high level of receivables that will allow companies to improve their financial situation and consider the possibility news of additional funding provided by the state creating favorable conditions for investment in the housing sector.Downloads
