Based on a systematic approach investigates the interaction and interdependence of natural resources , globalization , socio -economic, innovative, intelligent andinstitutional factors that affect the characteristics of the regional structure of national economic activity , analyzes the concept of " resource potential of the region"
and components, identified the major factors of regional development in Ukraine innovative post-industrial economic development.
