Abstract
The essence of synergy , showing its relation to synergies as a measure of joint effects and the concept of corporate strategy of the company , provides guidance on the measurement of synergy. It also discusses the theoretical basis of synergies as a basis for growth and cooperation among enterprises, in order to identify their main system used in the practice of management of commodity- market strategies . The recommendations for improving the system of strategic planning through the use of synergy effects .
