SCIENTIFIC APPROACH TO THE FORMATION OF REGIONAL INNOVATION SYSTEMS
Abstract
We study theoretical and methodological and applied aspects of improving methods for assessing regional innovation systems , analyzes the content and features innovative economic development at the regional level. It is proved that a regional system as an object of evaluation of its potential has a complex hierarchical structure and needs joint use of quantitative and qualitative indicators , which in turn requires appropriate methods of assessment. Principles of selecting indicators to measure innovation potential and complex tasks where these indicators useful to use .
