Abstract
Defines the basic conceptual approaches to the problem of the formation of efficient financial institutions in the transitional economy , the mechanisms of formation of innovative qualities of the financial system on the basis of cooperative coherent interaction of its elements , it is shown that only a new quality of the financial system is able to create the necessary conditions for an effective anti-crisis policy .Downloads
