COST OF MOTIVATION AS A PREREQUISITE FOR IMPROVING THE FUNCTIONING OF ENTERPRISE PERSONNEL
Abstract
The concept of "motivation costs" as costs necessary to implement an effective system of motivation of personnel. Analyzed the cost structure of motivation and developed models reduce the adverse incentive costs of recruitment.
