ECONOMIC AND LEGAL REGULATION OF JOINT ACTIVITIES IN UKRAINE AS A BASIS ACCOUNTING PROCESS
Abstract
The question of legal regulation of joint activity without establishment of legal entities and joint ventures . Much attention is paid to the nature of the joint venture in order to bring legal norms of a common business with the provisions of Accounting Standards for improvements ,ment of the organization and methods of accounting process common business. The study proposed type of enterprise and clarified the definition of " joint venture ."
