Abstract

Analyzed in a systematic feature of "GDP water" - "water use - water use - the production / processing of water." Limiting the structure of the water balance model is presented with the golden ratio of the volume ³ 61,8% of the water intake. Reducing this critical level leads to an economic imbalance in water utilities.
