Abstract
Formation of organizational and economic aspects of sustainable urban development is a complex cybernetic system which undergoes probable external and internal influences. Choosing the rational parameters of this system requires the need for a theoretical basis and development assessment system integrators different options organizational and economic aspects of the solution and optimization criteria. The features multi-choice organizational and economic decisions in interactive (interactive) mode using a computer-based accounting polidimensional (with different dimensions) quantitative and qualitative performance indicators - partial optimality criteria at various levels of certainty of the original information at different stages of the systems for sustainable urban development.Downloads
