Abstract

The problems of sustainable urban development and associated features of the functioning and development of the real estate market of Ukraine. Given the provisions of the Charter of the CIS urban planning, which, in particular, are the most important goals of sustainable development, the achievement of which, it is proposed the development of urban agglomerations, as one of the variants of the transition to a qualitatively new level of development of urban real estate. Marked the adequacy of this form of education for the city of Kharkiv region. Identified the need for further research on this issue.
