Abstract
The interdependence of real estate development and economic development determines the relevance of the study of the processes occurring in it. A study of the economic substance of the concept of " property " in terms of classical economic theory, its compliance with the existing legal framework governing the processes on the local real estate market and its impact on the real estate market of modern Ukraine .
