Abstract

Theoretical and methodological aspects of performance management of staff. Definitely etymology category of " efficiency". Posted author's approach to the study of socio-economic category of " performance management of staff ." Based on studies carried out in enterprises of Kharkov region using peer review , the following elements of performance management personnel as socio-economic , economic , innovation, social and organizational . It is shown that the effectiveness of personnel management is influenced by socio- economic, economic, innovation , social, and organizational components of the system expressed in indicators that reflect the ratio of benefits to cost .
