ANALYSIS REAL ESTATE MARKET AND ITS FUTURE OUTLOOK
Abstract
The main objectives of purchase of real estate are considered and systematized in the article. The features that should be considered in process of its assessment are also defined. Thecurrent state of the market of real estate of the city Kharkov is analyzed and the major factors that have impact on its development are also designed in the article.
