Abstract

Justified by the need to develop communicative competence of personnel
la in the knowledge economy and the proposal to assess communication skills
personnel . Disclosed the content of the communicative competence of staff, and
shows the parameters of the communicative leader - manager. The region of
production practices that require communicative competence commu -
nikativnogo leader - manager. Substantiated communication concepts communicative goal ,
communication strategy , communication with the practice of communicative competence
completely head and its interaction with the staff .
