BASIC DIRECTIONS OF DEVELOPMENT OF MODERN INFORMATIVE ARE TECHNOLOGISTS
Abstract
The questions of actuality of the use of information technologies are examined for the decision of certain tasks. It is shown that in most general case information technologies must provide a quality transmission and transformation of information. It, in turn, will improve quality of information and efficiency of decisions that is accepted on the basis of the information analysis. Requirements, which are produced to functional descriptions of information technologies are analyzed. Their current status is described. In detail the most perspective directions of development of modern information technologies are described: cloud computing, IT- outsourcing, IT- freelance, migration to open source. Basic models over of cloudy services and examples of their use are brought. The spheres of the use of IT-outsourcing and IT-freelance are shown. Conception of the use of open software is considered within the framework of the National program of informatization. Recommendations are offered and the charts of actions, allowing to apply most effective IT-solutions in concrete terms, are formulated.Keywords: information, free software, cloud technologies, IT-outsourcing, IT-freelance, electronic government.
