BASALT-PLASTIC ANCHORS FOR FIXING OF VARIOUS TECHNOLOGICAL EQUIPMENT

Abstract

During the repair, reconstruction, restoration and construction of structures for process equipment frequently encountered problems such as corrosion and residual building materials after demolition or disassembly. During the study, the authors proposed a solution to these problems through the use of composite anchors. Alternative metal anchors basalt becomes the anchor, which completely destroyed during disassembly that it reduces the effort needed for the final operations. Basalt anchor is corrosion resistant, lightweight and solid. Basalt is a rock, which constitutes 30% of the earth's crust, its resources are inexhaustible. When considering this building material obtained additional information that is used for calculations.
