RATIONALE FOR A CONCEPTUAL APPROACH TO DETERMINATION OF COSTS ANARGNOSTES TRAM CAR
Abstract
Transport is one of the most important branches of social production and is designed to meet the needs of the population and social production in transportation. The urban electric transport is part of the unified transport system of Ukraine and according to the Law of Ukraine "On transport" shall meet the requirements of the public production and national security, have extensive infrastructure to provide all transport services. Especially important is the problem of priority development of urban electric transport becomes in the new economic conditions, which are determined by the market environment, where there is rapid growth in the use of road transport for passenger services in the cities of Ukraine, while oil reserves are limited not only in Ukraine but all over the World. Road transport is one of the largest polluters and consumers of energy resources, while the urban electric transport remains the most effective, economical, environmentally friendly and affordable means of transport, its services are used by most of the population of any city. However, the status of urban electric transport, especially in terms of rolling stock, is defined as a crisis. The objective necessity of overcoming of the crisis phenomena in the provision of urban electric transport rolling stock require new approaches to determine their technical and performance properties at all stages of their life cycle, thereby increasing the competitiveness of urban electric transport in market conditions. Focus on improving the competitiveness of the city electric transport at the expense of quality of rolling stock is a priority through the development of the transport system in the cities of Ukraine. Failure, and in many cases and the lack of scientific study of these issues is one of the main factors of backwardness of the quality of domestic rolling stock from world class. Therefore, the development of a conceptual approach to the definition of technical and operational properties of the rolling stock on its life cycle is a relevant and important task for urban transportation systems and transport systems of the state.Keywords: tram, energy, distillation, electricity, energy, method, standard, precision, unambiguity
