MODEL OF ASSEMBLY WORK IN INDIVIDUAL AND SMALL-SCALE PRODUCTION
Abstract
Work is devoted to the planning of production processes in assembly-line production. The task of forming a schedule of works jobs, providing the fulfillment of the production program with the lowest cost of working time under constraints on the total workload of machines. A mathematical model of the problem is build. The analysis of the properties of the proposed mathematical model is performed. An algorithm to solve this problem is offered. Theoretical results are illustrated by example of creating schedules.Keywords: assembly production, scheduling theory, mathematical modeling.
