CONCEPTUAL REPRESENTATION OF GIS ADMINISTRATION FOR SOLUTIONS PROBLEM LAND MANAGEMENT
Abstract
This article presents the main aspects of the administration, as part of improving the system of land management based on modern technologies.Administration seems to be the process of the administration - a set of techniques that are used for administrative management to perform a number of functions: provide forecast, analyze, plan, decide, organize (developed and introduced), to give instructions, assign tasks, coordinate, monitor.
In turn, information technology is largely to help implement the process of administration of land resources and their functional elements, to improve the efficiency of land use and increase the quality and speed of decision-making by implementing optimization processes of land management through automation and, in the long term, an increase in quality, credibility and reliability of the information obtained in the course of work in the field of land management.
