RESULTS OF RESEARCH AND COMPARISON OF ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC MECHANISMS OF RESOURSE POTENTIAL’S MANAGEMENT IN CONSTRUCTION OF INDUSTRIAL HUB IN UKRAINE AND IRAQ
Abstract
In the article, it is stipulated that the scientists’ attention to the problems of improving the management mechanism of resource potential of industrial enterprises is unabated because of the complexity of the research object, the emergence of new aspects of its determination and the new research tasks. Herewith, the issues of effectiveness assessment of the organizational and economic mechanisms of resource management capabilities of industrial enterprises from the point of resource capabilities’ increase of more advanced economic systems (industrial hubs, regions) remains quite unsolved. In the article it is proved that the changes of the resource base state of these systems are the most influential factor in the formation of the resource potential of the company and the basis for the decision making on resource provision and utilization, and further development of the business. In the article on the example of Ukrainian and Iraqi construction companies is proved that creating of an effective organizational and economic mechanism of governance is crucial condition for the development and harmonization micro resource potential of companies and industrial hubs, meso resource potential of regions and macro resource potential of the country. Further research in this area are associated with the development of conceptual frameworks for improving existing models of effective organizational and economic mechanism of resource potential management of industrial enterprises on the basis of harmonization of economic interests with subjects of the external environment.Downloads
