IMPROVEMENT OF METHODS FOR ESTIMATION TARIFFS FOR TRANSPORTATION OF PASSENGERS WITH URBAN ELECTRIC TRANSPORT
Abstract
The current approach for determining of tariffs for passenger transportation with urban electric transport have been analyzed in the paper. Also have been illustrated, that current approach to transport rate estimation is unsuitable for complex and full renovation of fixed assets of urban electric transport enterprises. Practical recommendations to clarify the way of determining the investment component of the tariff have been proposed. The method of the determining that tariff for the of passengers transportation has been also elaborated to ensure the rolling stock renovation of urban electric transport. The factors for substantiation the value of state financing of urban electric transport enterprises is also proposed in the paper.Key words: urban electric transport, tariff for the of passengers transportation, depreciation
