ENERGY GENERATION INFRASONIC VIBRATING SURFACE WITH ADJOINED MASS

Authors

Abstract

Infrasound is one of the hazards of the working environment, which is the cause not only of occupational diseases, but also in industrial injuries. The greatest intensity of infrasonic vibrations create machinery with large surface. These include the vibrostructural equipment that during compaction of the concrete mix emits levels of infrasound on 10 - 20 dB above the normative values. In the study, the author proposes an algorithm for calculating natural frequencies plating pallet shape and its harmonics with the added mass, ie the concrete mix. The obtained results allow to determine the true natural frequency form with concrete and make its rigidity in the design such as to avoid resonance phenomena, thereby reducing the levels of infrasound.
