INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION IN THE FIELD OF RISK MANAGEMENT
Abstract
The article discusses the essential features, directions and ways of improving international cooperation in the field of risk management of emergency situations of social, technological and natural character for the purpose of obtaining information relative to the specific stages of risk management in Ukraine, building on the country level, an effective system of risk management. Examines the rules of international law on risk management, which States and international organizations that are formed and developed cooperative relationships. Substantiates the development of appropriate procedures for safe human life through the involvement of other States and international institutions, the introduction of protection measures based on the precautionary principle, not waiting for accurate information about the presence and amounts of threat. Proposes the use of International Conventions and agreements to intensify the study of the phenomena emerging in the field of modern natural, anthropogenic and social processes. Discusses the possible use of risk management practices in Ukraine for the enrichment of international experience in the field of security.Keywords: risk management, international cooperation, norms of international law.
