THE PROBLEMS OF WATERBODIES OF ZAPORIZHZHYA REGION AND POSSIBLE DIRECTIONS OF THEIR SOLVING
Abstract
It was established, that a significant role in pollution of water reservoirs of Zaporizhzhya region belongs to heavy metals. It was indicated the need for transformation and reorientation of existing principles of monitoring of waterbodies on relevant complex of input data and requirements of international environmental standards. Ways to improve water management were suggested.Keywords: waterbody, heavy metal, monitoring, pollution.
