OPTIMIZATION OF THE COMPLEX RANGE OF LABOR PROTECTION MEASURES
Abstract
On the most enterprises of Ukraine funds that employers can concentrate on the needs of labor usually limited, so there isthe problem of optimal allocation to solve different queries production. Purpose of the work to develop an algorithm
optimization of the program implementation of safety at the plant, which would quickly change the selection of optimum safety measures for the greatest social and economic impact depending on the availability of financial resources or planning terms. In this paper, calculation algorithm was implemented as a settlement package for PC that allows you to sample optimization method using the full (forward) bulkhead options, taking into account the restrictions imposed. Also, a package of measures to optimize the appropriate program on safety, if it involves several funding sources. The calculation was performed for 30 proposals for the annual plan (program) improvement of safety at the plant (both organizational and technical plan), that targets the function was created to 30 variables. Planning of optimal using of funds for the needs of the safety often occurs in uncertainty of initial information about their effectiveness, leading to uncertainty planning conditions. The main reason for the uncertainty is the lack of a direct link between the expenses on safety and evaluate their effectiveness. This uncertainty can be characterized by fuzzy categories as in optimization problems measures implemented in different industries.
Keywords: health and safety, cost optimization, efficiency of measures, the objective function.
