REDUCING THE COST OF ELECTRICITY IN SURFACING WEAR-RESISTANT ALLOYS BASED ON IRON ON THE SURFACE OF MACHINERY PARTS FOR PAVEMENT
Abstract
In the repair and rebuilding of machine parts for pavement is widely used as a method of restoring the cladding, and the machine parts surfaced with the same material (recovery) and more abrasive - resistant (wear-resistant surfacing), which in turn makes it possible to extend the life of machine parts and save on their repair, but when applied to hard-wearing materials there are a number of methods of welding, which are used in the road sector and used equipment, which in terms of power consumption is quite inefficient, therefore invited to consider certain types of wear-resistant surfacing and applicable equipment conforming to these types of applying a wear-resistant material. Keywords: manual arc welding, equipment, automatic surfacing, road cars, wear-resistant materials, the efficiency of power consumption.
