STIMULATING TARIFF REGULATION AS AN EFFECTIVE MODERNIZATION MECHANISM OF HOUSING AND COMMUNAL SERVICES ENTERPRISES
Abstract
This science study presents theoretical and methodological positions and practical recommendations on increasing the investment attractiveness of housing and communal services enterprises by implementing incentive tariff regulation. Were done a comparative analysis of existing and proposed methods tariff, in which the benefits of tariff regulation defines the method of return on invested capital.Keywords: heating system enterprise, system of tariff regulation, public-private partnerships, investment attraction.
