EXPERIMENTAL VALIDATION OF THERMAL STABILIZATION MODULE AS A PART OF SOLAR CELL CHARACTERISTIC MEASUREMENT SYSTEM

Abstract

Experimental validation has been performed to access capabilities of the thermal stabilization module which is the part of the information and measurement system for solar cell characteristic measurement in wide temperature range. Measurements for different module operation modes have been carried out. Temperature variation rate, temperature dependence on circuit current have been determined, influence of flash lamp radiation energy on temperature has been accessed.
