Abstract

The paper gives basic information on solar radiation intensity, current state and prospective development of solar energy in Serbia and the Republic of Srpska. Special attention is drawn to the examples of the use of thermal and photovoltaic solar radiation conversion in Serbia and the Republic of Srpska. Moreover, an example of high temperature solar radiation conversion and solar architecture in Serbia is cited.
