FEATURES OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF AZERBAIJAN REGIONS
Abstract
The article describes some contemporary issues of socio-economic development of the regions of the Azerbaijan Republic. The analysis of the demographic indicators, the administrative-territorial structure and budget support of the regions of the Azerbaijan Republic is made. The analysis of the process of formation of revenues of the budgets of the regions is shown. The comparative analysis of the socio-economic development of Ukraine and the Republic Azerbaijan is given. Detailed analysis and comparison of the peculiarities of the transferability policy of both countries is provided. Further ways of reforming the state policy of Azerbaijan according to regional development are proposed.
