GEOINFORMATION SUPPLY FOR SEARCH OF PROSPECTIVE PLACES OF LOCATION OF NEW OBJECTS OF RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT
Abstract
An analysis and selection of approaches to finding promising locations for new residential development objects are carried out to further determine the investment attractiveness of the city's land. The result of the work is the developed methodology of investment attractive urban areas on the example of the search for urban areas for multi-storey housing construction. The obtained model allows conducting an analysis of urban areas for studying the investment attractiveness of urban areas. A new technology for the search and analysis of investment-attractive urban areas by geoinformation tools has been tested.
A methodology was developed to construct a conceptual model for finding an investment-attractive territory for housing construction.
As a result of using this model, a map of investment-attractive territories for housing construction in the city of Kharkov was built.
Keywords: geoinformation systems, promising locations, investment attraction, infrastructure.
