THE ORGANIZATIONAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL SYSTEM OF AUTOMATED CONTROL OF GAS DISTRIBUTION NETWORKS
Abstract
Modern requirements for saving energy and raw materials, requirements for reliable gas supply with the optimal flow distribution in the network set the task of further improving the management of gas supply. Therefore, the problem of creating an integrated automated control system for the production association of gas industry in the region (oblast) is very relevant.
Management is considered in normal conditions, control in the conditions of gas shortage. Management in emergency situations. operational management of modes of transport and distribution of gas in gas distribution networks. The problem of accounting for the real conditions of the operation of gas distribution networks leads to the need to consider them as a stochastic object that functions in a stochastic environment.
The problem of operational dispatch control of the modes of transport and distribution of gas in the interval of time [0, T] is to find such control of the structure and parameters of gas distribution networks, which would provide optimal values of indicators of their quality and efficiency of functioning with all external and internal disturbances.
The peculiarities of the information structure and the conditions of the physical realization of management led to the need to solve the problem of operational dispatch control modes of transport and distribution of gas in the interval of time [0, T] to solve two interrelated tasks:
1) operational planning of the regime, carried out on the basis of calculated in zero moment of time with the warning T values of conditional mathematical expectations (predictions) of all major external and internal indignations;
2) correction of the regime, carried out for each time of the interval [0, T] after observing the actual realizations of the random values of all external and internal disturbances.
Keywords: control system, gas distribution network, model, functioning, process, quality, efficiency.
