Abstract
The purpose of the paper is to investigate approaches to assessing the investment attractiveness of enterprises. Investment attractiveness at the same time plays the role of a key element, because their dynamism depends on the ability of the enterprise to meet the conditions of potential investors. In view of this, the issues related to obtaining an objective and adequate assessment of these opportunities become more and more relevant. This is precisely the purpose of assessing the investment attractiveness of an enterprise. We found a number of problems that cause low investment attractiveness of domestic enterprises. In order to improve the situation have been proposed methods of evaluation of investment attractiveness and discussed the possibility of their use in the modern world.
At present, the investment attractiveness of the enterprise and the state as a whole play a significant and extremely important role in activating investment processes. In the conditions of resource constraints and acute competition between enterprises for obtaining resources, including financial ones, the question comes about creating an idea of an enterprise as an attractive investment object - that is, the formation of its investment attractiveness. In turn, the role of determining the investment attractiveness of enterprises lies in the fact that potential investors need to convince the expediency of investments with specific indicators that are calculated in the process of its evaluation.
