Abstract

The housing and communal services of Ukraine consume about a quarter of the country's fuel and energy resources. The main factors determining unproductive energy losses in the construction industry are the imperfection of the technical systems of heat supply and equipment of buildings, the inefficient use of bulky planning and design solutions, the use of enclosing constructions of buildings with a low level of thermal protection. The results of calculations of thermal regimes of the hot water supply installation at two-step mixed circuit for connecting heat exchangers to heat networks. On the example of the district heating system of the residential district, the influence of the conditions of work of hot water heaters on the amount of cost savings of network water with the use of additional thermal insulation of structural elements of buildings is shown. The method of determining the flow of network water through heat exchangers of hot water supply due to the reduction of the calculated heating load when applied additional insulation on the protective structures of functioning buildings is developed. The research is to assess the influence of heat exchangers of hot water supply in the two-step mixed flow diagram for connection to the consumption of network water for heating insulated buildings. The results of calculations have shown that in conditions of connected heat supply, with the provision of new, lower thermal power consumption by buildings, the decrease of the temperature of the coolant at the inputs to the heating system, the effectiveness of the additional insulation of the fencing of the structures depends on the operating conditions of the hot-water installation of hot water supply. It was established that the reduction of the economic effect of additional "insulation" of functioning buildings is due to the need to increase the cost of heating heat-carrier through heat exchangers of the second stage of the heating installation of hot water supply. For the considered microdistrict, the deterioration of the effect of reducing the cost of network water is about 30% of the cost savings of the coolant for heating, characteristic of unconnected heat supply.
