Abstract
In this paper, the closed turnaround system on Kharkiv coke plant is considered, which consists of: pipeline, water-supplying system, heat exchange equipment with a cooling tower, a system of dumping. The project is considered as the application of several stages: identification, preparation, implementation, exploitation, post-project audit. Technical appraisal of the work of heat-exchange equipment at coke plants is carried out as part of the overall economic effect of the implementation of the developed method. It consists of: increasing the service life of equipment and pipes, replacing part of fresh technical water with phenolic wastewater and minimizing wastewater discharges. The purpose of the project is achieved as a result of the technology implementation of supplying of water-circulation systems through the mixing of fresh and purified phenolic water after, as well as the use of inhibitory composition in the water-circulation cycle. To determine the efficiency of heat-exchange equipment plant coke plants of water-circulation systems in the article was conducted techno-economic assessment of proposed work activities. Calculated economic efficiency, which amounted to 568 977,5 UAH/year. In the article it is established that the application of the proposed technical solutions allows to reduce the amount of discharge of sewage into urban sewer network at 36,000 m3/year and consumption of fresh industrial water to 52000 m3/year, and increase the service life of equipment from 6.5 to 8 years. These measures help to improve water and environmental situation, rational use water resources of the coke-plant, that is, to decrease the payment made for consumption of water resources and sewage plant.
