PREDICTION OF DEBTS PUBLIC HOUSING AND PUBLIC ENTERPRISES KHARKIV REGION AND THE REASON FOR ITS CREATION
Abstract
The seasonal factor in the dynamics of population debts for communal services payment in Kharkiv region is exposed. The reasons for unsatisfactory and communal service enterprises as well as their debts for communal services have been analyzed. Economic and mathematical models of prognostication are suggested which allows to make a monthly prognostication for population debts in 2012.Downloads
