PROBLEMYVNEDRENIYA EUROPEAN ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY STANDARDS FOR ROAD TRANSPORT IN RUSSIA
Abstract
Today in Russia , as elsewhere in the world , an acute problem of ecological safety of vehicles. Within the transport system, road transport is dominant as a source of negative environmental impacts. In connection withit is necessary to create and develop a regulatory framework which will be extremely hard and effectively control the environmental requirements on vehicles. Environmental standards are the most important element of such a legal framework , however, their introduction poses a number of problems that need to be addressed in a single complex .
