Abstract
Taking into account influence of aviation operators of "cutting edge" on safety of flights and modern conceptions of ICAO on a management by the factors of threats and errors in their professional activity, multistep procedure of receipt statistically of the reliable and concerted group system of preferences of air traffic controllers is realized on the great number of characteristic errors. Procedure will be realized by the successive casting-out of marginal opinions and leading of value of the coefficient of Kendall’s concordance calculated here to the criterion level.Downloads
