CORRECTION OF REFORMING HOUSING AND COMMUNAL SERVICES
Abstract
We consider the transformation strategy and economical housing complex as inertial localization strategy, and highlighted the tools used to implement it. Singled out the root causes of prolonged systemic crisis of the 90 th century. Investigated the effects of the privatization process in Ukraine.
