A COARSE- EXPANDED CLAY CONCRETE BASED ON QUARTZ WITH HIGHLY CONCENTRATED SUSPENSIONS, OBTAINED WITH THE HELP OF NANOTECH PRODUCTION APPROACH
Abstract
The results of the study obtain macroporous expanded clay concrete with a maximum consideration of the features of this material. The binder was used highly concentrated silica slurry obtained on the basis of production of nanotechnological approach . Forming concrete was carried out on a " rising solution " without vibration. It is established that at the rate of binder in the range of 300-400 kg/m3 produce the best macroporous concrete having the optimal structure and strength after curing 4,1-5,9 MPa.
