ROAD TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS AS A RESULT OF THE MALFUNCTION INTERACTIONSIN THE SYSTEM “MAN – TECHNICS – ENVIRONMENT”
Abstract
The increase of organization of efficiency of traveling motion, d ecline of level of car accidents and maintenance of health of citizens of Ukraine is possible by development of ergonomics recommendations on planning, creation and exploitation of infrastructure of highways of cities of Ukraine, in relation to limitations of rate of traveling movement in an evening period, arranging of transport upshots for diminishing to intensity of traveling motion, bringing of corresponding additions in Rules of traveling motion, and also realizations of studies work in mass medias in relation to forming for the drivers of the personal responsibility for effective work of vehicles and administrative operating under their management safety of traveling motion.Keywords: car accident, the system "Man - Technics - Environment", ergonomics
