THE MEASURES AND GUIDELINES, TO REDUCE THE LEVEL OF ROAD - TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS IN UTILITY "MISKELEKTROSERVIS" OF KHARKIV
Abstract
The question of the impact of the functional state of the driver on the conditions of road accidents. The analysis of accidents in utility "Miskelektroservis" revealed the main causes of road accidents and statistics of errors that allowed drivers of electric. It was found that significantly affect the status of incidents functional state of the driver and conditions of the accident. Featured in the measures make it possible to reduce the accident rate in urban electric transport. Improving the efficiency of traffic, reduce accidents and preserve the health of citizens of Ukraine is possible through the development of ergonomic recommendations for improvement of driver training "Miskelektroservisu."Keywords: car accident, ergonomics
